# Michael Deacon

Michael began his work with [Creation Theatre](https://creationtheatre.co.uk/about/) through a directing placement during university, but has continued to work with the company as both a director and producer through the pandemic and post-pandemic evolution of the company. Though he is clearly passionate about in-person theatre, he also strongly advocates for digital work and is rightfully proud of what Creation has accomplished, including their online livestreamed spectacular production of Aphra Behn's *The Emperor of the Moon*.
